We offer a range of training to help you improve your skills and knowledge.
We work with highly experienced external providers who deliver the training on our behalf. When you book a course your details will be passed to the external providers who will only use them to contact you about the training course you have booked.

Training for Personal Assistants
We help Personal Assistants (PAs) develop their skills in a number of ways:
- In-person training - PAs can access free in-person training by booking courses with SILC via our Eventbrite page. All available courses are listed on the PA Hub or Employer Hub section of this website. This training is funded by Skills for Care. If you are a DP recipient and in need of in-person Moving & Handling training, please contact us for availability.
- On-line training – PAs can access online training by booking courses via our Eventbrite page. All courses are listed on the PA Hub page of this website.
Training for Employers
We support disabled people to become good employers through free training courses. These can be booked from the Employer Hub section of this website.
